Kenneth Kolb, Pharm.D., has served as Principal of the The Kolotti Group, LLC, based in Richmond, Virginia since 2014. He received his BS in Pharmacy from Long Island University, and his PharmD from the Medical College of Virginia/VCU.

He has more than 40 years of experience in the clinical management, informatics, grant writing and HEOR space. Dr. Kolb has experience in hospital, outpatient, academic, PBM, and clinical management settings. He has served as primary investigator for many studies and has publications in quality improvement, health informatics, and pharmacokinetics.

Currently Dr. Ken Kolb is serving as Vice President of Pharmacy Analytics at RxEOB (part-time). RxEOB is a health care tech industry leader for pharmacy benefit administration, communications and engagement. Kolb was hired to add clinical management experience to a growing team.

Prior, in his ten years at Magellan Medicaid Administration (formerly First Health Services), Dr. Kolb developed and directed a team of SAS programmers, healthcare analysts, and health research scientists. This unit was involved with understanding and promoting the effective organization, analysis, management, and use of information in health care. 

In his career, Dr. Kolb been responsible for designing, managing, and directing varied clinical management programs, including disease management, utilization review, cost containment, provider profiling, NCQA/HEDIS, and outcomes assessment. He was secretary of a pharmacy and therapeutic committee (P&T) as well as serving on numerous other academic, industry and company committees. 

Over the last 15 years, he has served in a variety of positions with the Medical College of Virginia Alumni Association (MCVAA), most recently serving as President from 2013-2015. Currently Dr. Kolb is a member of the VCU Alumni Board of  Governors and President of the VCU Riding Rams.
